Michael Gerrity is a 30+ year veteran real estate and technology entrepreneur who, through his technology investment company GERRITY CAPITAL, develops industry-transforming digital news media, big-data and transaction-based platforms for the global real estate marketplace.

Mr. Gerrity has also served on several Boards over the last two decades that include the Central Florida Technology Partnership’s Digital Media Advisory Board, City of Orlando Technology Board, The Economic Development Commission, Film & Television Board and he is a founding Board Member of Digital Media Alliance Florida – a statewide digital media industry association. Mr. Gerrity is also a member of the National Association of Real Estate Editors (NAREE). In addition, Mr. Gerrity was also awarded the prestigious “40 under 40” Entrepreneur Achievement Award of Central Florida from the Orlando Business Journal in 1999.
